    Shifting at high rpm’s

I realize, but there’s a lot of conflicting information. Like those Che limiters. I’ve read some that didn’t notice much of a difference, some that broke the trans case, some that it really helped. I did look into those as a possible solution.

    Shifting at high rpm’s

...shifter, and it seemed to help slightly. I can shift a little quicker than before, but the lockout is still there. I’m going to pick up those Che limiters over the winter and see if they help. But should I get motor mounts at the same time? After that, probably a clutch, flywheel and steel...

What have you done to your mustang today?

...All handles better but do feel more vibrations at low speed and particular the starter from the motormounts. Plan to add A-arm brace (had CHE k-member brace with tq limiters, can be made to fit but probably just sell it), and considering rad support and brace. Rear is already Watts link...

Input on shock/strut setting on street.

Hey also, if you are running your car hard, especially with a stick, I would look into getting a CHE rear axle brace. I have one and they are pretty trick. No need to weld up the tubes and all that. I have the BMR lowering brackets and the bmr sway bar, and install with the brace was pretty...

    Improving comfort and ride quality

...Once that was removed the ride quality and sound was significantly improved. Sold these and installed the track pack lca, I also installed some che lca relocation brackets. It had the steeda transmission mount bushing, I removed that and it reduced cabin noise and vibration. I'm just...

    MGW Shifter v Hurst Shifter

Now that I've pretty much read every article I could on this topic, it would seem the Blowfish Bracket and or the CHE K Member brace are what solves this. There is simply too much collaborating testimony/information to back it up. I’ve yet to install the MGW, but when I do, I promise to get...

    MGW Shifter v Hurst Shifter

Wait, Beefier? I was hoping to hear it attached to the transmission in a different way or in a way that helped to deflect the torque so that it would not bind. Yeah, I have probably scoured the internet too much, because I’ve seen theories (outside of going MGW) that go from replacing the...

    MGW Shifter v Hurst Shifter

...you prevent the torque flexing the transmissions under a load at high RPM’s? My thought was that I would simply have to buy a Blowfish Bracket or CHE Torque limited to prevent that flex. The MGW shifter solved all of my problems, I have zero issues getting the car to shift into ANY gear at...

    MGW Shifter v Hurst Shifter

I have the v2 Blowfish Remote Shifter Bracket installed on my TR3650 trans as well & can vouch for it resolving the missed shifts due to shaft bind from shifter flex from engine\trans movement. Initially installed it w\ the OEM shifter then replaced the OEM shifter w\ a Barton Short Throw Remote...

First time at track with twin turbos

...and stuff, it seems like the mustangs don't need as much weight transfer. Of course, if you are going to go super fast, I am sure they do. My Chevelle had 7.5" of front end travel. Light springs. The headers about dragged on the ground. But it allowed for a lot of weight transfer which is...

    TR3650 difficulty getting into 1st 2nd 4th and reverse

...worked. Im still going to swap out the fluid but it seems to be an issue with the shifter moving around. I have poly bushings so I didnt think that would be the issue but Im probably wrong. Next up on the mod list either the Che k member brace with torque limiters or the Blowfish Racing bracket.
