    Those connectors are not standard nor is the small red wire coming out of the positive terminal. I would definitely fix the negative terminal also. What kind of electrical issues are you having?

    To get to the switch itself you don't need to pull the whole door cover. Just pop the trim the switch sits in. As for your issue have you tried the window reset procedure or the hard rest procedure?
