The aftermarket line locks aren't horribly expensive. I would hesitate before fucking with my ABS, and I would certainly appreciate knowing that the yahoo in the car behind mine had also not fucked with his. It's been a few years, but I think I only paid 100-150 for my SLP kit.

I did this about 6 or 7 few years ago, when my '07 was new. But if I remember right, the mirror came out of a Mazda. It has temperature, and compass, it auto-darkens, and it has a Homelink garage door opener.

Mine used to do that, Sometimes it would also tell me my brake fluid was low, but not every time. There's a wire plugged into a sensor on the master cylinder. Unplugged it, cleaned the contacts, and it's been fine for like 3 years.

I don't think you need to tap into anything. You just need to tell the gauge to monitor it. When I first got my gauges and was playing around with them, I'm pretty sure I was monitoring Throttle Position percentage.

There are some fuses in the Power Distribution Box under the hood, #59, #62, #63 and #67, for example, that are listed as SJB power locations. I would check all the fuses in there, you may have blown one.

Yeah, Rock Auto is great for OEM replacement-type parts, not aftermarket mod-type parts. Should be a good place to get your over-axle pipes, though.

I've bought many parts, including exhaust parts, from Rock Auto. Never had any problems, and their prices are really good. Google "Rock Auto Coupon" and you can get a code for 5% off. The exhaust parts I got weren't for a Mustang.

I'm pretty sure they were all 6 bolt. A buddy of mine bought an Aluminator, which I think did have an 8 bolt crank.

I'd say buy the little plastic clip for the shift cable ahead of time. Chances are you WILL break it, and even if you don't, you're only out like 12 bucks. Better than breaking it, and having to stop to go get or order one.
