    block and timing cover issue

I had a similar leak and fixed it with silicone sealer. You don't need to use alot of it to sealer it up. I have the cast iron big bore block.

Hey Pete, I would solder them in instead of running the adapters. It is one less connection to worry about.

how much power can a PH TURBO KIT MAKE WITH A 67MM

I don't have any dyno numbers but I went 10.31@133 weighing around 3800 with the 67mm. I can't remember how much boost I was running but the turbo had no more to give.

    Turbo guys...which axleback?

The stock mufflers are not a big restriction. A few years back I did a comparison with and without the stock mufflers and the difference was about 6rwhp loss with the mufflers installed. I don't have the graph but the loss was at peak hp. I do not have cats but the stock ones sound good with...

    Thoughts on Weapon XCOP?

The compression is just over 10 As for the gap I don't have any idle issues but once again every car will react a bit differently to changes. The plug looks very clean with the Ethanol. I have not ever seen any signs of detonation even with the old engine.

    Thoughts on Weapon XCOP?

I am using the HTO's still I am running 15 degrees at WOT currently. I put a big bore stock stroke engine in in the spring and have kept the timing down as I increased the compression with this engine. With the old .020 over stroked engine I ran as much as 17 degrees at peak torque and...

    Thoughts on Weapon XCOP?

Pete, I have my plugs gapped at .020 and don't have any spark issues but not all cars are alike. If I run the A/F below 10.8 or so I get blowout but in the 11's it is happy. I have run up to 28psi without any blowout issues. I recently thought I had blowout issues but my wide band sensor was...

Who all is good at 4r conversions, preferably near ohio?

PowerHouse has done quite a few but he is almost five hours from you. Not sure if he is too far or not. Give him a call, I am sure he could turn it around in a day or two if he has all the parts.

I have no personal experience with Lasota but everything I have heard about him has been good. He actually tunes behind the scenes at some performance shops in his area.

    wtb stroker crank and rods

I have two broken stroker crankshafts to prove this theory. I switched to a big bore with a stock stroke crank to prevent any further crank issues.

Do you think my idea will work

I get it from a local fuel distributor. I know Rockett sells a E85 blend. I saw that injector and it should really help over the 80's.

Do you think my idea will work

I am not sure if the line would work but I would think so. The 80's at 60lbs of fuel pressure should get you to 800rwhp. The only concern I always had with E85 is what does that 15% consist of? I started purchasing E98 and mixed it myself with pump 93 making it E85 but then eventually...

Do you think my idea will work

I am not sure what your end goal is with your car but you could run Ethanol. In the dead of summer I see about 180 at the end of a run with around 25lbs of boost but I don't pull any timing. Last year I would run about 17 at peak torque and as the torque decreased I would end up with about 27...

Is there a trick to getting c-clips off the axles with a True Trac installed?

Take a dead blow hammer and hit the axle and at the same time have someone take the c clip out with a magnet. The hitting and the magnet should get it out. I am guessing the problem is the ABS ring is hitting the axle housing not letting the axle slide in enough to remove the clip.

Yes. Everything else is stock 3V.

    tensioner clip tool

I had a tensioner arm fail due to the basic design of the tensioner. The plastic tensioners will allow the chains to "whip" when pedaling the car putting strain on the arm. The steel tensioners with the ratchet will keep tension on the chains and will limit the amount of whipping action...

    11 inch wheel clearance

You should be all right to the inside with the spacer but you will need to move the part of the frame that the axle bump stop hits that has been previously discussed. My wheels are widened to 10 inches with no spacer and they fit so yours should fit to the inside with the spacer. I am not sure...
