    4R70w and auto guys, What transmission coolers do you use?

    According to Mikes transmission its 100* every second your on it. I burned 1 trans before putting the a/w cooler on. Before when I changed the trans oil it would be burnt, now with the cooler it smells new (Mikes trans fluid for the glide smells like cherry when its new). I guess on a street...

    Mark your FJO box is not working so its temp. hard wired in to work. Your convertor doesnt like the extra power. Either way it will run hard.... I bet it runs 9.60 - 9.80 Its midnight now and I am going home.

    Notice the green on the bottom right before the pull. This means the dyno is sampling. Watch the tach jump to 5k. Its nothing I can control, just a lose convertor as stated many post ago :beer:

    I agree with you, it to lose, but just run it. Its true what Ed said, V6shelby blew through just like that. Personally I would get a Lentech, Niel Chance, or Continental. BTW change the OSS holes to 6 for the speedo.

    Don we are here still waiting on the FJO so I made another pull at a lower rpm and sampled the pull early. Now we hit 660 rwhp on 13 psi :thumb: I will put the vid up in a bit showing the dyno sample screen. :beer:

    um, switch to twin turbos? What do you think?

    If you want to keep it a street car you cant go wrong with twins. My twin 57 kit spools up almost instantly when driving. Also pound for pound the twin kit will always make more power. If its a race car a single will work fine, but you will need brakes and a 2 step if you want to compete.
