    New PB

I raced in the no box class at War By The Shore at Thompson Raceway in Ohio this past weekend. I did get a new PB of 12.22 on the brakes in the first round. Unfortunately, it was a breakout and I lost but I try to find the positive in everything. lol.

    M/T PRO Drag Radial users.....

I run 28x9 Pro Bracket Radials. My 60' is typically 1.55 to 1.60. Car weighs 3420 with me in it. I run 15 in them at most tracks and 14 at another track that prep isn't quite as good. I have run as much as 20 in them at Norwalk which is so sticky it will pull your shoes off. I launch on the...

New PB and 1st perfect tree

I was at Fun Ford Reloaded as well. I was a master at time trials. I had more .00x lights in time trials than I have all year, I just couldn't make it work in elims. Lost first round all 3 days. Still had a blast.

Yes. I ran them last week as well. I like them a lot. I get very consistent 60' times with them. They hook well too.

    New PB

Another PB last night. R/T wasn't great but it was a time trial. Had some decent weather again. Can't wait until the fall, might be able to get an 11.99 out of it.

Not a PB but a pretty good day of racing

Absolutely. I've been trying trying for years to make the car faster but not at the expense of consistency. This car is bracket raced almost every weekend in the spring, summer and fall. Some people will say it's more fun to go fast and I'd agree with them but I think it's more fun to collect...

Not a PB but a pretty good day of racing

I went to the local 1/8 mile track this weekend. The week before, I had new 20x9 MT Pro Bracket Radials mounted and made some adjustments to my rear suspension and shocks. The result was a very consistent car. I made it to the finals in No Box (7 rounds)where I red lit by .001. I dialed the car...

    New PB

Very interesting. Thanks for that. My only concern is I converted to a 9". Not sure if the axle tubes are the same diameter as an 8.8"

    New PB

I love the TH400. The trans brake is fun. It had a TH350 in it for about 5 years before my trans builder convinced me to go TH400 when the converter went out and took the trans with it. People will tell you the TH400 will be slower than the TH350 because it weighs so much more but my builder...

    New PB

I never had a spinning problem foot braking but using a trans brake has caused some issues at one track. My plan for the winter is CJ springs and shocks/struts and maybe an ARB.

50 runs? That's about a month for me. I race every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    New PB

That's the way Norwalk is too. I just ordered a set of Pro Bracket Radials. My ET Street Pros weren't hooking at the local 1/8 mile track on Sunday. They are 2 years old have a ton of passes on them. Hopefully these will help. Winter project will be suspension.

These are the only videos I have but it's hard to tell anything. The camaro has open exhaust and kind of drowns mine out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EddZlT-tOhI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpkD1QwDU6E

    New PB

I don't have any good video. I go to the track alone so it's hard to get a good video. I'll see what I can do.

    New PB

I'd love to take a trip there. I don't trust my truck to get me there and back though. Some day. Turbo 400 with a brake and a nice, loose converter. 9" with 4.57 gears. LT Headers, OR X with Spiral Flow mufflers dumped in front of rear axle. JLT CAI, Detroit Rocker Cams. CMDPs. Car weighs 3420...

    New PB

We had a decent weather night this past Friday, the DA ended up being around 2200 by the time I got my last pass in. Ended up getting a 12.32 out of it. This is at Quaker City Motorsports Park in Ohio. It is a notoriously slow track because it goes uphill from just before 1000' on. If I had been...

Thanks everyone. All of your cars look amazing. 28" skinnies is on my list of changes for next season. Thanks for all the replies.

Anyone on this board run a 3V all motor automatic trans drag setup ?

I weighed it at Norwalk last weekend. With me in it, it weighed 3420. I weigh 220. The MSD 2 step works great and is an easy install. Just follow the directions closely. I got in a hurry and accidentally skipped a step and ended up with 8 fouled plugs.

I'm currently running a 26x4.5 on the front of my 06. I went to a trans brake this year and think I'd be better off with a 28x4.5 since the car is so quick out of the hole now. Are there any fitment issues with a tire that tall on the front? The car is stock height in the front.

Anyone on this board run a 3V all motor automatic trans drag setup ?

That is me. I actually went to a TH400 with a brake and a 9 inch with 4.57s this year. New converter too. The new converter is a little looser but not much. My best so far this year is a 12.40 1/4 mile and a 7.68 1/8 mile. The 7.68 was this past weekend at the No Box Bonanza at Summit...
