What's a good wheel cleaner that actually REMOVES brake dust?

Another vote for Sonax, although you will need to agitate with ALL cleaners to get a wheel clean. The wheel cleaner does the chemical cleaning, but you still need mechanical action to clean a vehicle.

    2005 vs 2013 - Any wheel differences?

i see that the 2007-09 sensors are a different part number than 2010-2014. Is it safe to assume that the ultimate issue is that you cannot reprogram the sensors to the earlier car?

    lights

Does your car have the factory HID headlights? If so, I am not sure that you are going to get much better in the aftermarket. If the previous owner retrofitted HID headlights, then the poor light is probably a function of having the incorrect headlight lenses installed.

Energy Suspension and Prothane have bushing kits for $12-$20. I'm going to upgrade the front bushing with the Energy Suspension kit.

Best place to get CS bumper kit fast?

I had the Ford bumper kit installed, and not long after destroyed it when I hit a large raccoon. Ford had it on national backorder for an extended period of time, so I finally ordered the CS bumper cover from Late Model Restoration. The quality was just as good as the Ford piece. If you go...

I'll probably pickup a Roush shifter arm to go with it.

    Cheap short throw shifter

Throwing out an FYI for anyone searching for deal on a shifter: I was able to buy a brand new Roush short throw shifter from Roush Overstock on EBay for $60 (they have some left.) I wasn't searching for the "best"; sometimes all I want is "good enough."

    3v exhaust question

I am not very tech savvy, but I have a GoPro collecting dust so I'll see about getting some sound clips of the stock mufflers with the Kook's LT/Cates X combo.

That's what i want to hear. Thanks!

What's the consensus on painting stucco?

Is painting stucco (with the proper product) a viable long term solution for color change or am I inviting many years of future maintenance into a maintenance free finish? Or is the proper way to do a color change by doing a skim coat?

    New project 1967 Fairlane GTA

That car has such a great look. Always loved them. Do you hold and then sell these cars or do you keep them for your collection?

    LEBANON at it again!!

Unless I am missing something, it sounds like the real benefit of buying a modified car through a dealer like Lebanon is the ability to "finance" the mods as it's rolled into the currently low interest rate car loans.

    3v exhaust question

I had Borla Stingers on my car, but after I added the Kook's LT's and catted X-pipe it was too loud for my suburban lifestyle, haha. So I put the stock mufflers back on (because free) and honestly it sounds pretty good. I am sure you can pick up a set for little to no money just to try it out...

    Black Wheel Craze ????

I'm not a fan but I understand that in customizing people are always looking for something different to stand out. With that said, OEM's have been outfitting cars and trucks with black wheels for the last three years which tells me they are too mainstream for a lot of rodders and most will be...

the how wide can I go debate

Correct. While a tire shop certainly can "mount" a 275, your contact patch is not improving because the tread will be concave instead of flat against the road due to the bulge.

06 GT gets a chin spoiler

It looks very similar to a C/S bumper, just a bit more aggressive in a very nice way. Great work.

    Raccoon damage!

Oh yeah, I feel your pain, but not as much pain as the raccoon felt (too soon?) I had an unfortunate run in with a Labrador sized raccoon a few years ago. Destroyed my California Special bumper and went through the large front opening and damaged a number of cooling pieces. Luckily just weeks...
