    I need to be able to cut off power to the coils so at the push of a button, so i can have a sudden excess of fuel get thrown into the exhaust for a bigger flame. It's a common mod on catless engines since the 50s hot rod era, but I need to be able to keep everything running and only stop the spark.

    I have a 2008 with the regular green dot matrix unit, but no touchscreen or bluetooth. If i install this, will it allow me to connect my phone? Or is that only possible with the 2009 sync models?

    I tried, but the hood is even more sloped pointing forward, and putting it in the other side leads to the same issue, just reversed. At an angle, it is a little smoother, but my ocd would leave me dead in a week if it was like that.
