I have a 2014 Mustang with the oem 6R80 transmission and am going to upgrade it. I see that PBH sells a built version of the transmission with the Exedy kit and intermediate shaft updated. They also mention a custom modified center bearing support. Is it worth it to get that already...

I agree with the other posters - VMP tunes are generally spot on. I had one on a 2006 Mustang with a Whipple. It ran great.
