    A tune wakes up a completely stock 4.6 GT. Seems like the mods you have would really respond to one. I do have to run 91 instead of 87 octane but the increase I got in MPG with the tune almost negates the price difference.

    Searched the ar3z-8005-a and it comes up 2007 to 2014 5.4 to 5.8 so it does seem to be a gt500 radiator. But it says it won't fit my 2005. Is that because of the coolant crossover setup?

    I just cleaned the area super good and the used a sealer that wasn't silicone but it was like silicone. I don't know why this would not work 100% of the time. Those gaskets will fail at some point if you get them to seal at all.

    I looked but could not find it. I have narrowed it down to the Anchor and the Pioneer. The Pioneer seems to mimic the oem part while the Anchor is indeed stiffer like Glasstop09 stated.
