    Too bad. I love the cornering feeI for what it is worth. Maybe one will show up in a yard. But i forgot about the transmission and rear end....the 3650 instead of the t5 and the 8.8 rear end instead of the 7.5 are likely heavier in the gt compared to the v6 too. Good luck with it regardless.

    Do you really need the gt shifter boot and knob? My shifter came with the 3650 manual from an 08 and the other two just fit do they not? I am in the early stages of swapping out the 4.0 and T5 tranny for a coyote and so I am asking for that reason too. Good luck regardless.

    Is the Gt really much heavier than the v6? Another muffler and .6 difference in displacement? IDK Anyway, Could you find a v6 with the premium (gt) rear suspension from the dead? I love it on my V6 07 and it would be super cheap. Just a thought

    Stock 2007 Automatic 4.0L V6, and I want to install a twin turbo kit, any good manual transmission, and more. Would appreciate thoughts and help!

    Also I did the dual conversion myself with a used x pipe and gt mufflers. Cut out the back bumper for the second muffler. Sounds great they tell me.

    I have a 2007 4.0 with a manual. I agree that our engines are robust albeit terribly lethargic. So what about a coyote swap? I am collecting for a f150 coyote swap i will do via Power by the Hour goodies. A bit pricey but they know what they are doing. The tranny, rear end and ac compressor...
