    Finally solved. On the other side of the connector housing on the cluster motherboard the solder on pin 13 had cracked and stopped communicating. With a dab of solder and some prayers everything was fixed

    Well after a couple weeks I got a little more info. If you hold the wires going into the ipc connector in the right spot it'll fix everything. My question now, is it a pin in the connector or is it a frayed wire somewhere close that's hard to find
