    We have emissions tests in Austin, TX too. It passes thanks to some tuning modifications ;-). Just as long as it has cats and throws no codes.

    After further research I think it'd be easier and better in the long run to just buy some used valve covers, have them re-powder coated but without the bead blast prep. Pissed me off because they cam out so great!
