Hate to be the bearer of bad news but even a 35% film is illegal. With the factory 2-3% tint in the glass you will test out under 35. Granted i highly doubt any leo would mess with you for 35% because it's so light.

I'm glad i didn't spend money on that intake when everyone was going crazy over them. Unless it's a f/i or you have heads/cam it's not worth it. Hell i put down 20 more hp and 17 more ft lbs. without the boss intake.
