fuel

If I fill up from 1/4 - 1/2 - 3/4 etc the car seems to run really smooth compared to before filling the tank. Have an 05 v6 with an eaton supercharger kit and 93 tune. Fuel cap has been replaced twice now (i keep having the gas gauge fall to E and getting a code for high sensor reading from fuel...

On data logs I am showing +3.65 knock at 4k rpm WOT then it goes back down to normal. Could this be bad fuel or would this be something making false knock? It’s only a spike at 4k rpm everytime i go WOT.
