I would imagine if you did a search on Ford Parts Giant with the different years and see what part numbers show up. Generally when something changes on a part, the part number changes.

The point IS, the driver side, that part doesn't exist. You would have
to drill one hole to use it on the 05-09. They get a felt block instead of
a nice window guide...
