The kit is bolt-in w/ the exception of the tabs. Those have to be welded.

It's a bad ass kit!!!!!

The 2005-2009 shorty antenna. By chance has anyone tested one with aftermarket amps to see if it causes noise? The antenna I have right now causes a hell of a whine. Put the stock one back on and the whine goes away. So I just said screw it and unplugged the antenna cable. Not like I listen to anything but satellite radio anyway. But if your antenna would fix the issue I would go ahead and plug everything back in.

We've never had any issues with feedback noise or anything like that.
