Got the master-cyl cover all trimmed so the hood strut shouldn't hit it anymore, just need to go back out and reinstall it, but it's snowing, so it can wait a bit ...

Got mine all trimmed up. Had to remove battery cause it was too tall with the billet mount on top of the stock tray. I ordered a new tray from upr that replaces the stock.

Gonna have them painted to match the radiator cover.

I got my driver side piece reinstalled a little while ago but since it's still snowing I didn't take any new pics ... it fits great, looks great, and with the trimming I made it no longer hits the hood strut, lifting the hood slightly.

Are we supposed to remove the red cover that Ford put over the positive battery terminal before installing this cover?

I had to remove the terminal cover, rebend the starter motor attachment and modify my upr optima.battery tray. Had to trim off 1/2" from the posts and re-tap.
Now the cover sits flush.
