2005 GT automatic O/D light flashing & limp mode

Fun times. I have another 05 GT. automatic. The O/D light came on, flashing. She was running & driving fine. Now with it on, she will not run above 2500 rpm and is very sluggish and unresponsive. Any suggestions would be great. Her transmission & engine ran perfectly fine until this.

Update: So I learned the ABS light in the gauge cluster was damaged when the cluster was being serviced. I took it apart and the light looks like it was sheared off. Would a damaged ABS light on these S197 cause and O/D light & limp mode?
