Anyways, yesterday a few buddies and I went over to the Long Beach Grand Prix and this morning my brother and I stopped by the Oakley world headquarters for the pre M Fest meet.

I have been going back and forth while the engine has been being built at the shop(which has been taking forever) and I think I am going to part it out...I'm cringing as I am typing this but I feel I just need to do it at this point.

I REALLLLLLLLY wanted to hold out for the 2015 if it looks like the rendering but who knows. If anything, I'll just pick up a '12 or '13 until the '15 comes out. That way they can work out all of the "kinks" of the new design and then I'll pick up a '16? haha it never ends man.

Selling the project car now and waiting until spring of next year for the 2015 unveiling might be a possibility. After all, I dont really care for the 2013...just the power. Just imagine a '15 treated the "FR500GT" way:

-Concave Forgestar wheels
-Coilovers
-Big brakes
-Front splitter/rear diffuser
-Custom center exhaust
-Road race inspired
-Something with a Saleen twist...

Hmmmm the possibilities. I really should be the designer for Saleen. I'm already obsessed with the 05-09's now I just need to give them my ideas so they can make a more appealing car to the consumers. What REAL enthusiasts REALLY want and NEED out of a car! After all, I do live right down the street from Steve and only 30 minutes away from Saleen's headquarters.
