Is it just me, or are the 2011 GT w/Brembo rides stiff in the rear? The front suspension is border line on being soft, but the rear suspension is disproportionately stiff compared to the front. On anything but perfectly smooth road, the rear of the car would pogo up and down as if I'm riding on the bump stops.

The ride isn't as bad as my '93 Fox Mustang with Griggs, but it is a lot stiffer than I would expect for OEM suspension. I'll probably ditch the OEM shocks and springs for a set of adjustable Koni and Steeda springs before taking it on the track next year. But I'm curious if I'm just getting old, or does others think their 2011 rides a bit stiff as well?

The car uses pretty stiff rear springs (for a stock car). The shocks aren't up to job (see the video's of the car vs. the M3 that were posted a month or so back there is video showing the car bounding around, which is a lack of rebound damping).

Yes, it rides firmly in the rear because of the combination of springs, lack of damping and the quite large rear bar.

You plan of Koni's and springs (the right springs that is) will calm it down a lot. I'd be happy to help.
