Driveshaft has been sold but tranny crossmember I am keeping with tranny,shifter assembly, and clutch.

I have no idea what it would costs to ship a door as I've never shipped body parts outside of using trucking. I would hate to have the door get damaged during shipping

It's quite different in pins and configuration compared with the 05-09 harness. Not saying it won't work, just suggesting it would be better to find an 07-09 HID harness.
