That truely sucks about the scratch, If it doesn't buff out make them paint the entire hood instead of blending it in. Also make them give you a life time warrenty on the paint in case if fades or cracks. After the works done I would take it to have the mil of the clear coat check. If they buff it out it will eat into the clear, whcih could cause it to fade over time. I'm sure your all over it, just trying to help

I'd probably have them buff it out the best they can and then leave it. I personally would rather deal with scratch than a repaint.
