2014 Mustang Pony Package SYNC 1 to 3 Upgrade

Hi, I just purchased a 2014 Mustang V6 with the Pony Package and the Shaker premium sound system. It comes with an 8" SYNC 1 display. However, online I've only found SYNC 2 to 3 upgrades and it looks like the wires are not compatible so I was just wondering if anyone has managed to install a SYNC 3 system and hook up a backup camera into one of these or if it's possible in the first place.

It’s probably cheaper and easier to go with an aftermarket head unit like a Dynavin. Sync gets replaced with Siri or Google assistant (or whatever the Android voice recognition is called).
