There is nothing great about ANY of the AM renderings. Anyone who lives in the past w/ the S550 is on the absolute wrong path... there is nothing, ZERO, retro about the S550, and none of the retro designs work on that car. Well, maybe the pony emblem. Quarter window louvers on a car that is essentially b-pillar-less? What are they going to do, add a painted section in front of the scoop so it looks like an S197? No thanks. Retro wheels are the big fail on this car, too.

So are there any videos of the first car to pull in with the covered tips? The car on the track appears to be the second car... I want to see/hear the first one.

Car and Driver is stating the 2015 GT500 will carry on with the 5.8... we'll see. Cool pics though.

It is speculation, and they even said there are rumors of a newer 5.8 in the works to replace Trinity. No real solid information on that front. However, the GT500 is dead (at least that is Ford's plan, but they have lied before with the GT500), I don't know why C&D keeps thinking it will come back. Why not call it a successor like they do with the GT350?

Seeing this car going around the track makes me want one. It looks bad ass.

A little birdy told me that a hopped up Trinity with a 3.0L blower on it hit the dyno at Ford. First pull.............................775hp.

I swear in that video I hear something like a blow off valve or something. But I only heard it once so it's probably not the car. Idk :/

LOL. Well, we knew Ford wouldn't let that go un-challenged (heh).
