in Germany is not easy to find a mechanic who can install that parts but i found one who will. He just needs installation and technical guide to do it.
gears are a bit harder to install then just reading then doing it. if you dont have a clue what your doing or how to set pinion depth, backlash ect then you can REALLY mess up a gear.

There's more to it than just tightening bolts to spec. Critical are bearing preload, pinion spacing, and backlash. Get those right, and you'll have no problems. Bolt torque is the easy part (just be sure to realize preload is in in-lbs instead of ft-lbs, although using NM will handle any such confusion.
