there was one making 1200 around

takes big money to make 1500

Oh I have no doubt. I know just to make anywhere over 450 reliably with the 4.6 takes decent money, I would imagine it would be ridiculous to make a GT500 produce almost triple it's crank power (sub 13 that is).

Yeah Mark. I think it was 1300+ at the tires and over 1500 on the engine dyno

Mark is a buddy of mine locally and it's insane to see how that car has evolved. I remember when he got it new and we would run my nitrous '07 against his gt500 then the motor blew with a bad tune on the big KB then the build just went nuts. 10s,9s then low 8s and working towards 7s and getting there. The work mihovitz has done to it is crazy to see in person. I heard talks last month about twins but not sure if he's going to do it.

Yeah I saw that. I laughed and poked at him because we were talking about twins some time ago when he was trying to overcome some things w the blower. That throttle body setup is some trick shit. Nothing like being able to stare down your own engines throat ar WOT LOL

I was joking with him back in 2009 when I turboed my '07 that he needed to pull the blower off and do twins but he resisted. That throttlebody setup is awesome and fits nicely under my old VFN hood he has on it now.
