BBB Big Bore Boss 322
Today I got the block on an engine stand to do some deburring prior to sending it to the machine shop. It didn't need much. The only real burrs were on the oil returns. There was a little bit of material sticking up around the oil/water adapter area but it wasn't the kind of thing that would break off or even compromise gasket sealing.
IMO it's pretty much deburred as received. Maybe this is done by hand, maybe machine, I don't know. It's much better than the aluminum blocks I've dealt with.
Notice the nice beveled edges. The block came with them.

I was concerned about the lack of main bolts but once a cap was removed it became evident that the four bolts have enough grip length to secure the interference fit cap. At least that's what it looks like to me.
