So driving home last night my ABS light, and Trac came on, and are still on this morning, of course it's Chicago and trac control makes the car driveable in the snow.

Any ideas, already checked ground 101, it was tight and fine, I do have to say I ran over something yesterday that was kicked out by another car I guess it may have broke a wire for the speed sensor but nothing came on after it happend, would it take a whole day for it to kick a code if that happened? It actually came on after a bit of harder accel, I figured it was slip but has not gone off a day later. It has be wet, icy and crapy out, so I checked the smart box and it felt dry, it just that I swear I head the door locks lock by themselves this morning too.

Oh and no codes read by the tuner, though it dosen't read ABS codes

I had the same symptoms when I broke my rear wheel speed sensors.

it takes just a few seconds for the ABS light to come on after a wheel speed sensor stops reporting.. so maybe it wasn't what you hit

but it could still be a wheel speed sensor
