I apologize in advance. I use a translator, so there may be problems with translation.
Hello. I'd like to tell you about an alternative rear view camera that can be installed.
My backstory is that when I first bought the car, this camera wasn't included, so I had to buy an additional spoiler. I found one with a camera, but after connecting it, I was disappointed with its quality.
I first tried a 6th-generation camera. Its quality was quite satisfactory, but I couldn't keep it because its connection port was facing straight ahead and prevented the platform with the camera from being reinstalled into the spoiler.

And after some time, I managed to find a similar option, where the connector is facing the side. Moreover, the connector is facing exactly the side where the cable enters the spoiler and the image is directed in the right direction and not upside down.

Since I didn't have a camera cable in my car, I bought a ready-made one.
But if you already have a camera, you will need to change the connector to connect it.

On the standard connector contacts this is the arrangement

The new connector has this arrangement

On my Android tablet I got this image quality.

I forgot to say the most important thing.
The new camera doesn't fit with the old mount. I used a plumber's ring to secure it in place. No glue. It fits well, and even at car washes, I haven't had any issues with the camera sinking into the spoiler. I've been driving it like this for over a year now. You can secure it with hot glue if you like.

I used a camera from a 2017-2020 Ford Fusion. Part number HS7T-19G490-AE.
I also liked this camera because it does not have built-in parking lines that cannot be turned off.
If you have any more questions, write. I will try to help.
