Looks good, black is my favorite color, atleast when the car is newer. I used to hate it but anymore, I find it relaxing to just turn on some tunes and clean the vehicles. I just started detailing my mustang and so far I have spent two hours and haven't even done one side yet.

I use Black Box now all the time. I love the results. I really seems to make the paint a deeeeeep black color.

Thanks, the cowl portion is done in hotrod flat black, it's hard to see in pictures.

I got the window covers from www.championmustang.com, they are made of aluminum.

I just finished with step 1 of the black box. Got too dark to finish. Tomorrow morning I'm supposed to have the guy put on my supersnake stripe kit then I'll finish with step 2. Then take pics haha

yup. matte black. but the guy never called this morning so the stripes will have to wait til next week

No kit..That pic was after it was clay barred, then buffed with a DA and Ultimate Compound, Swirl X, then a full round of Polishing compound, then 2 coats of NXT tech wax 2.0..The paint never looked deeper, clearer or better..But, it was done by a proffesional, my friend, who is the North East regional sales manager for Meguiar's. And he knows his shit with paint. I am doing the same process my self this weekend.
