Any tracks close to Sacramento?

I will be heading down to Pine Mountain Lake in a few weeks, and would like to know if there are any tracks along the way to see what time I can get. I consistently run in the 13.20's here in Utah, and would like to know what it would run in some good air.

I will be heading through Sacramento to get to Pine Mountain Lake. Any help is greatly appreciated.
