ARP head studs?

I was wondering if its ok to reuse arp head studs. I have part number 256-4202 for my 2005 v8. Is there a way to check them to see if they are stretched and cant be reused?

ARP fasteners are typically re-useable.

If you have access to a set of calipers the length from ARP is 9.500. Al at ARP tech told me anything more than .030 longer should be considered stretched and not used.

Thanks, I don't have a caliper but will get one before I reuse them
