Auto meter gauges ..... Good deal

Just wanted to get this out. I bought an Autometer Cobalt wifeband sensor and gauge back in 2009. It has a one year warranty. Several of the LEDs burned out so I sent it in to get repaired. They said if it wasn't repairable they would give me a deal on a replacement. So a box shows back up from Autometer with a brand new gauge in. The date of manufacture of the old gauge was on the invoice and they just replaced it for free. Thanks Autometer.

Been using Autometer for decades without any major issues. I even used their center dash pod. It looks like it belongs up there and flowed really well with the rest of the dash.






These are the Elite series with full dial warnings, but I am still going to clock them properly for easy reference while on the track.

Thanks, I like them. These have basically the same capabilities as the Nexus gauges but without the central module. I was looking for a set with the chrome bezels to match up with the vent pods and dash but ended up with silver bezels. My exterior is satin silver which I have carried into the interior and they match that pretty good.

Like I said though, I still gotta clock them so the needle is straight up and down at WOT so I can reference them at a glance. They might look a little funny with the buttons at the 6 o'clock position but it's just the way I was taught to set them up in a RacecaR.

I've got the Elite series myself. You can use them to control relays based upon temperatures or pressures. Like you can use an oil temp gauge to control a fan on an oil cooler.

Yep, you can set signal wires to fire off of a low or high reading and it has the full face warning that you can set in any colors you want. They have all the bells and whistles and they are stand alone units. They are a little on the pricey side but well worth it IMO.

I've got my oil temp gauge set to a light blue color until it warms up to 160*F. It turns red if it gets to 240*F.
