I live in Tampa, FL about two hours away but without any real solid proof I can't do shit about it. I would be happy to go file a police report seeing as he is probably on probation so he could be tracked easily. As far as beating the shit out of him I can't do because I have my future to think about and this scumbag isn't worth my time in court to explain why I put him in a coma. If you guys want email me ALL the evidence against him connecting him to these sales and I will drive my ass down to Lehigh Acres and file a report.

I just want to remind everyone of my previous idea I proposed: in addition to a pic with your screen name, you should have to post a 15 second video on YouTube of you dancing with the item in your hand. If the item is heavy or large, you shall dance around it or on it.

Video FTW! I sent this to a guy from the WTB section and did other videos for some high end bicycles. They all love it. Not that hard to do it sure does answer lots of questions someone may have. I will only do videos now.

I know it was stupid to erase them without having the product but I have a hard time thinking like a criminal as I do my best to be a good and honest person!!! What a dummy lol.

I sent the money using my PayPal iPhone app, which apparently automatically sends it as a gift. When I tried to start a dispute it basically said, "sorry bruh, go pound sand".

I had a feeling this guy was not legit, as I said before, He pm'd be about a set of racestars I had for sell, telling my my price was too high, and giving me hell about the racestar lugs. I'm not sure what he was shooting for, unless he was trying to buy from me for cheap and send them to someone else and say he never got them, get refunded and paid..

I searched Limetime, and the results were joj, so I wasn't sure what to do. I also had his name at that point too. Just in case he kept pm'ing me bs I was prepared to get in touch with stkjk, but he never pm'd back so I let it go.. I feel like I should've pm'd a mod at least, but didn't wanna seem like a pussy. Hindsite is 20/20 next time I feel suspicions,I'll act, even if it's nothing, it may save someone from getting scammed. Fucking sucks.. sorry guys.

Not your fault. But I do know that I'm going to just dispute it with my bank and see if they can get my money back.

Okay, here's the update. I contacted PayPal again and they told me that normally they will not cover my purchase under their buyer protection but since I am such a good customer to them they are going to do it as a one-time courtesy. Thank God!

But I still want his kneecaps broken.
