Exactly he had his d1 kit for sale and no one was buying it in that add so I offered a trade for the red race valve and I would send him the stock valve so his kit would still be complete but he just wanted to sell it out right so I bought it. I have pictures of it and it looks fine.

lol. Nutrition and workout plans dont cost shit. Go to bodybuilding.com and they have an ungodly amount of nutritional guides and workout plans for free. It's the personal training that costs money.

And the supplements, you can probably get them for the same price online as his "24 hour fitness cost".

Dont take this for anything more than it is, hell, I never had a bad encounter with Caleb so I have no personal problem with him. However, there is no reason to come in here blowing sunshine up his ass over a free workout plan and some protein.
