Hey newbie, you have no business here. The cage wasnt as described or havent you read what ive posted. the cage was described as having minor scratches, not having a door bar cut off. The original ad said nothing about the door bar being cut off or it being damaged. The only reason to cut the bar off is so that someone doesnt use it and look to blame you if it fails in a crash. Its a safety thing. If this would have been explained in the original ad again like i said before noone would have bought it. He has what, over 1000 bucks invested in the cage, id be impatient too.

I have almost $1400 with the $350 he charged me for shipping and me paying paypal fees, which he tried to get me not to do. He wanted me to gift him the money but that wasnt happening.

everyone would be impatient, but the vendor has been on here and said he was willing to work with the guy. NO reason to keep on beating it up until they respond with whether they want to refund it or whether they want to fix it , which seems to have already been agreed upon. If the vendor has agreed to refund the money, he/she should be issuing that refund by tomorrow in order to make it right. I don't feel any restocking fees are justified either. That is BS on their part.

4. The seller has been in constant contact w/ you. Hasn't blown you off.

7. If you have this fixed by RPM and certified, you'll have saved over 50% off list.

I would be salty too, if I wasnt told that the pass side needs to be replaced. And I believe the seller feels at fault for not fully disclosing the condition in the original listing, because he has offered to split the cost of repairs.
