Billet Control Arms 555-4405

I recently purchased a used set of lower control arms from EBay and I wanted to make sure I have all the required parts before installing them.

You can refer to my attached images; the control arms I have do not utilize the silver offset washers like the ones shown. However, will I need the brass washers for the front mounting holes as with the mild steel arms?
