Hi Everyone,

I just completed a Thread on my Very Recently Modded 08 Bullitt Mustang.

I thought some of you here would like to See & Read it.

There are so many "Wild-Mustangs" on S197 that I would like to share mine with all of you.

Some New Members might find the info. helpful for their future plans.

Always my Pleasure to come here and See & Read about your Mustangs.
There certainly is a variety of them here and many of them are certainly a peace of work.

Read this "Before" you go Further
Please !!!

I made a
"Very-Bad-Mistake"
and because of it I want to offer my
Sincerest Apology
to
BRENSPEED Performance

When I Added the Prices on the parts list here I did it as I thought
a (Favor) to Members & Guest that were not yet
up to date on Performance-Modifications & Cost.

It was "Meant" to Help less knowledgeable people and show them
what different Mods cost & Installed.

But, what has happened "Unfortunately" some people have thought
Brenspeed was charging "Labor" for every little thing on the Parts list.

Examples:
Battery, Brenspeed Decals, Valve Covers, etc.

That was NOT the case at all.

Those Prices were Listed as Information, ONLY !!!

If you drove in and requested a New Optima Battery or FRPP Valve Covers
and that was all you wanted, then Brenspeed or any Business is
going to charge some Labor. They have to pay their Techs
and that is why they are in Business, to make a Fair-Profit.

The point here is this:
If Brenspeed has your Valve Covers off doing a Cam-Change, they are
"Not" going to CHARGE-YOU-LABOR to put on a set of FRPP Valve Covers.
And they certainly are "NOT" going to Charge you for installing the
Brenspeed Decals with a Major Blower, Turbo etc. Purchase.

Because of what I have now read on Post on Multiple Sites I am going
to "REMOVE" the Price-List "COMPLETELY"

I was trying my best to HELP those that needed the information so
they could get an idea on what different items/mods cost, plus labor.
Unfortunately, I Unintentionally have given the impression that
BRENSPEED was Charging for "Everything" they did on my Bullitt.

Officially, I Apologize to BRENSPEED again and to
those people
that have read what I Posted here originally and
came away with the

"Wrong" Impression

Wow, you almost dropped as much money as the car was worth in one visit.
You are correct on the expenditure.
But really a GT500 is that kind of money.
The Bullitt is kind of a Low Profine Mustang with not a lot of Flash.
So the added power fits it perfect.

How did you package the wheels to send to weldcraft?
Just to make sure that my New Wheels arrived New at Weldcraft I got
a Double Box with Packing from "The Tire Rack".
They are where I ordered my tires from.
So, they gave me the Double Boxes and I paid shipping on them.
I then went to a Local Custom Shop and got a 20" wheel box.
So, I wrapped each wheel in Thin Bubble Wrap and had it in 3-Boxes.
I admit, a lot of overkill, but I was not going to take any chances.
When Weldcraft shipped them back they were Double-Boxed with Bubble Wrap.
No, Scratches or anything on them.
And they Balanced Perfect with very little weight.

wow, all those parts and $21K for 477/433??? i bet that is one hell of a conservative tune. I dropped in a $4000 procharger and i am making 498/445. your whole setup is bad ass though. a forged shortblock and you can really crank up the boost.

I should get into the car building business.

$360 to install a GT500 fuel system? That's like a 3 hour job while stopping to drink beer every 15 minutes.

Anyway the final result is very nice.
