Or people with the bullitt shift knob/boot/bezel. I just picked one up and had no idea that it was all one piece.. My question is, is there anyway to remove the ball/retainer and fit a Hurst shift handle through it and use the traditional ball from Hurst or get a custom one?

Post up your setup and some info.

Yes, it simply unscrews. It will be tight because they use threadlocker I believe.

Why would you want a Hurst shifter handle? IMO it represents antiquated technology and lackluster performance.

Hmm, you are like the third person showing interest on this knob. What is so special about it ? Am I missing something lol. I know it costs a good deal of $$ from Ford, but other than that- I've got nothing lol

Ford wants $36 for a header to mid-pipe bolt. There are few parts Ford sells that AREN'T expensive. The reason most people want it is because they look OEM, look great, and not everyone has it. I had one but it got REAL hot in the Houston sun. So, I'm less gay now and want one again.

I'd give you $30 for yours if you're interested, pending condition.
