Can't say enough about AM's Customer Service!!!

I've had these FR500's for roughly 2 years and they've already started to "pit" in some location where the spoke meets the wheel and I figured I wasn't going to get much help just because it's been two years, but nope!!!

AM got me 4 new wheels en route for a measly $25 and they provided me with the shipping labels to send the old ones back!! Simply amazing!!! I am overseas so I did have to pay for shipping, but that came up to just $75 for brand new wheels!

Just wanted to give a shout out to you guys!!

i can agree with that. when i got my mirror covers one had a paint defect. i dont have patience so i put them on anyway then pm'ed them about buying just the drivers side. they sent out another set with return shipping label and just said swap them out and send the others back. they should be here today.

American Muscle is awesome. before i knew about them or this site i had a camaro guy tell me about them.

I'll agree they have awesome customer service. I recently bought a wheel and tire combo from them and one wheel wouldn't retain the center cap. It was like the hole where the cap seats was just too big. Called them up and they shipped me a new wheel that day along with a return label for the defective wheel. Sent them the bill for having the new wheel and tire mounted and they sent me a check in less than a week to cover the cost. Great company to deal with...

since they are going overseas, sounds like the guy is in the Military, so they probably extended the warranty to help out the guy since he is serving our country.

I concur. I got shorted the Jet Hot coating on my Kooks (mid length,lol) LTs for the 07 but had already put them on the car. I send Jarrod a pic of my LTs before I installed them and he had me a refund in 45 min.....no BS! They are great to deal with.
