Carbon Fiber 2011 5.0 engine cover is ON!!

Our engine cover just got here and ran out and installed it right away.
it's friggin SICK looking.

I removed my stock 5.0 emblem and put it in the CF cover, but I will be offering new emblems for those who don't want to do this.

I can't believe this is only $349.

They are expected to start shipping mid April, if interested please call and we can get you on the pre order list. We do not charge any card until the part ships.

We have the coil covers done in hydrocarbon. It doesn't look too bad against real CF

That would be a tough one and with them so low in the engine the hydro looks great and is cheaper

It is the principle. Hydro is like plastic made to look like wood. Plastic should look like plastic and only carbon should look like carbon. If it is cosmetic or functional, fake is fake.

That's your opinion, but not the majoritys.

We can make most any part look like carbon fiber (not wood, although it's the same process).
Taking OEM factory parts and painting them to look like carbon is much cheaper and fit is perfect.
How much would a full carbon center console cost? Tooling $2500 and each part $6-700.
We can do it for much less, with a perfect fit and same effect.

Hydro has it's place that's for sure.

The engine cover can be made at a relative low cost and that's what we have here.

i agree. my father owns a hydro coating/powder coating business as well and it is some awesome stuff. we do a bunch of carbon fiber and camo. it really is crazy how much it looks like carbon fiber.
