Differential?

First off...I'm going 4.10's and since it's nothing cheap to open up the rear I thought might as well do something a bit more powerfull with the differential...so I'm told to go with Detroit locker, only one problem it doesnt seem Street, Daily driver friendly and also I've never actually modded the rear on any of the cars I've owned so I dont know the pro's and con's so I would love to hear from those of you who have swapped out the stock LSD for something other...what do I do?

From what I know " Detroit locker" is really not street friendly at all. Go with the Eaton Tru track.

Is that what you are using? The Eaton Tru-Trac is still pretty costy but alot less than the Detroit I just found this video it made me understand things alot more.

The locker is just noisey on the street is all it still drives just fine.
