Does anyone know how to disassemble this type of electric connector?

This is the main plug for the driver's seat. Since I swapped to a manual track, I want to de-pin the two big pins and keep the three small ones as that's all I need now. But I'm not sure how to get the pins out.

I think that orange piece in the middle has to come out to remove the pins but I can't figure out how it comes out, does anyone know?

The pins are usually disconnected from the rear by inserting a special terminal removal tool or a fine precision screwdriver. That orange peice is prob a rubber seal to guard against damp or water penetration.

These are the proper tools but as I said depending on the plug you can sometimes get it with a very fine precision flat head. looking at the plug it looks like they might pull out if you open the tabs at the side of the pin shown in the photo?

The red ring needs to be pulled out the the gray plastic pin loacking tabs can be moved towards the middle to release the pins

And there you have the correct answer, I thought it looked like a rubber seal that I've seen in a few other connectors lol

OK I figured it out on my own. You have to push the red part inside the connector out from the back with something really skinny (I actually used the rod part of a tobacco pipe cleaning tool because it was the only thing I could find small enough to fit in there) and then you can push back the clips to pull the pins out from the back.
