dual aeroforce interceptor gauges

Just wondering how far apart I can install the dual gauges. I kinda want to put one in each a/c vent on both sides of the steering wheel, but not sure if its possible due to them being wired together. Any feedback is appreciated.

I can double check, but am fairly sure each gauge has its own wire assembly that is joined at the OBD plug and according to my manual, they are 5ft long. Worse case, splicing and extending them would be very simple if needed.

ok that makes sense. i never saw them in person so thats why i was wondering before i ordered them along with the gauge pods.
