I have full exhaust, intake , hot rod cams , bbk throttle body

More than likely you can get by without changing anything. You might need bigger injectors. Stock 5.0 32lb injectors would work and they are cheap. $50 on ebay.

There are 3 tuners who could knock it out pretty easily. Lito on this website, VMP, and Eric Brooks.

Lito is a contributing member here. He follows up on the tune by having you datalog so he can get the tune perfect. He would be my first choice.

You will only gain about 10-15 hp with your setup. I'm basing this on my own na 3v experience.

I don't know for sure but the stock injectors on a 5.0 aren't enough for E85 on the 5.0's. upgrading to 47# injectors is required on the 5.0's to run E85. not sure if its different on the 3V, but if its not enough on the 5.0 I don't see why it would be enough on the 3V. again this is just my thinking I could be way off, but I know the 5.0's need 47 to run E85

People have run e85 and stock 24lb injectors before. It's better to have larger injectors and at some point it would be required. Justin at VMP has results of testing he did with a cai 4.6 3v and e85. Used the stock injectors.

I'd think that 32lb injectors would work fine on a 5.0 provided the tuner raised base pressure. 4.6 3v frpp Whipples come with a different version of bosch 32lb injectors and they supported 488rwhp on my motor on gasoline. Generally speaking it takes more injector to support the same hp level with forced induction.

It's all guessing on my part though, just comparing apples to oranges.

The 5.0's make well over 100 HP over a 3v so they need bigger injectors. A 3v with bolt ons can handle e85 on stock I injectors, though they are near the limit at that point. I ran cobra 39 lb injectors when I ran e85 in my car while na.

that's who i spoke to when i was thinking of e85. i have mods similar to the op. vmp told me their tune was good for about 7rwhp only, so i scrapped the idea.

Same motor, different fuel. I gained 9/11. Not really worth it but all that was changed was the tune. It's possible that the tuner didn't really have everything sorted out, lol. This was the same block that I'm running now with flattop pistons. It made 11:1 in that configuration.

OP: Here is the link to the almost new 32# injectors Roush is blowing out at $50 a set. These should be able to handle 4 bar pretty easy which would make them flow around 40# if needed. http://www.ebay.com/itm/290890804139?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
