I am in the process of converting my '06 Mustang GT to S550 6 piston Performance Pack Brembo front brakes with 15" GT500 rotors. I am using OE 2013-14 GT 19x8.5 Split 5 spoke wheels. The barrel of the wheel clears the caliper OD. but needs spacers so the spokes clear the caliper's face.

I ordered custom thickness (16mm) hub and wheel centric spacers from Motorsport-Tech in Reno, NV. motorsport-tech.com/ The spacers are made to order and do talke a couple weeks to get, but they are spot on for what I need.

I purchased SKF replacement front bearing/hub assemblies and extended length ARP wheel studs (100-7722) based on the '06 Mustang GT application. The ARP 100-7722 studs DO NOT FIT the SKF hubs. The studs in the SKF have a larger than OE stud knurl, so the ARP stud does not grab the hub, they just fall into the hole and spins.

I did find a solution. ARP 100-7706 studs. These add 1/2" of thread over stock. They have the correct knurl size to install using a Lyle 22800 Stud Installer Bearing and an open end 1/2-20 lug nut. With a little WD40 on the spline, they pulled in without much strain using a 1/2" Dewalt 20v impact.

A word of caution, the splines do extend beyond the face of the hub, but the stud holes in the rotor are large enough to fit over the exposed splines easily.
