fake alluminum dash removal

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you had any advice on how to remove the fake aluminum on the dash of the 2011 and up premium interior. I am working on installing a carbon fiber kit but can't seem to get the plastic off the dash. Any advice would be nice. Thanks.

Yeah, it's real aluminum... and I don't think you can remove it... Unless you're trying to remove the pieces...?

wow didn't know it was real. thanks guys and guess I will try to just put the carbon over the top of it. Its pretty thin carbon fiber overlay anyways. Thanks again for the quick replies. By the way chutoyy your car is awesome. When my car grows up I want it to be like yours.

If the car is Canadian built its fake aluminum. Somthing to do with Canadian crash standards.
