Hello everyone,
This is my first post but after years of talking about buying my dad's 15k mile one owner mint S197, I am finally financially able to. This car has so much sentimental value to be because it is what got me into cars to begin with. Over the years I have owned several mustangs. My first was an 89 Foxbody that I wrecked because I was young and dumb. It would have been worth a decent amount today because I only paid $4200 for it and it had like 70k miles. My second was a black 40th anniversary new edge with 50k miles that I sold before joining the military. After that I had another 40th anniversary new edge that I sold a couple of years ago and now finally I am taking ownership of my dads S197. I can't express how happy I am. The time and money that my dad has invested into this car makes it one of kind in my opinion and I'm ecstatic to be able to call it mine in a few weeks.
