+40 is a hair aggressive on the back for a 10" wide wheel but with a 275, I wouldn't expect any rubbing so long as the axle is close to centered. Up front, it should land somewhere between flush and slightly tucked depending on how much camber you're running.
A 275/35-18 is a smaller than stock diameter tire. 275/40 is much closer but still a little short.

I love those wheels. I was torn between those and the Shelby branded wheels that I have. I wish I would have gone with those.

Assuming you have 17s stock.

Assuming you have the wider 18s stock.

So, you are looking at about 1-1.25" poke and if you are running the 17s, your new wheel will be roughly 3/4" closer to your suspension. So, go and do some measuring.
